Pregramme delivery systems

Guests are able to access their pregramme via the internet or mobile phone.

The pre-event information pack posted to them with their ticket and accreditation will include the internet address of the event's pregramme and a shortcode that can be used to request a download version to be sent to their mobile phone.

They then just type the internet address into their computer's web browser or text the shortcode to 63333.

Additionally, all hosts can be sent an email containing a link to the pregramme, which they can forward to their guests. They simply click on the link in the email and the pregramme will open in its own web browser window.

A request for the download version to be sent to a mobile phone can also be made from the online pregramme.
