Pregramme: information for users
Your pregramme will include all the information you need to get the most out of the event you are attending, ranging from travel and traffic information to team news, betting odds and the schedule for the day.
It will normally be available when you receive your event accreditation and will be updated throughout the build-up and during the event day itself, so please check back for the latest news and any changes of information or timings you may need to be aware of.
The pregramme is updated again as the event finishes, enabling you to check travel information for your journey home and submit feedback to let your hosts know what you thought of the day.
All pregrammes are accessible via internet- or WAP-enabled mobile phones as well as over the fixed-line internet, so you can keep up to date wherever you are.
Gaining access
The pre-event information pack posted to you with your ticket and accreditation will include the internet and mobile internet addresses of your pregramme, as well as a barcode you can scan with your mobile handset to load the pregramme onto it.
Just type the internet address into your computer's web browser or scan the barcode and away you go.
Additionally, your host will be able to send you an email containing a link to the pregramme launch page, which is the simplest way of accessing it online. Simply click on the image on the launch page and the pregramme will open in its own window.
When you launch the online pregramme, we ask you to register with your email address and mobile phone number so we can send a link to the mobile pregramme direct to your handset, and to enable us to alert you to any important updates in content, such as a change of timings or even the postponement of the event.
Pregramme is a free service but your mobile phone network provider will charge you for the transfer of data to your handset, although this may be included in your price plan. Please check with your operator for full details.
Feedback
The organisers of the event you are attending are keen to improve the service they offer by listening to what their guests particularly liked or disliked about their experience.
After the event finishes, your pregramme will make available a brief feedback form through which you can offer your opinions.
