Pregramme update timetable
A pregramme will normally be made available to guests during the week leading up to the event.
Key elements of dynamic content – such as travel information, team news, betting odds – are then updated regularly during the build-up, typically 24 hours ahead of start time and then on the morning of the event itself.
On the conclusion of the event, the pregramme switches to its post-event mode, in which its focus switches to obtaining guest feedback on their experience.
Pre-event content, such as team line-ups and betting odds, is removed and travel information updated to show, for example, times of trains leaving the venue area and homeward traffic news.
Feedback forms are added, along with information on booking future hospitality.
